Make sure the dealer has a CPO Certified Pool Operator on staff.  The designation cannot be awarded to a company. The National Swimming Pool Foundation trains, tests and retests pool operator technicians before certifying them as operating professionals and designating them as CPO, Certified Pool Operators. –   Pool Work’s senior technicians all hold CPO Certification.

You'll also want to look for a pool builder or contractor that is a member of Aquatech and the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals. Membership with these organizations helps to ensure that your pool builder is qualified and experienced.
